I’m Oleg — a digital product designer with 14 years of experience. I love to work on the end-to-end design process.
Currently based in Munich, Germany.

Now, helping the design team at Wolt and DoorDash creating stellar Support Tooling.

Before I worked on building an automatic and modern Payroll for Europe at Personio —a leading HR software for small and medium-sized companies in Europe.
It's one of the fastest growing and most valuable software startups worldwide.

I worked across multiple product squads solving complex design problems.

Before Personio — I was the first native app design hire at Trivago. I led all of Trivago's design output for iOS and Android.
The team built a better hotel comparison experience.
Later I moved to the web tribe — mobile and desktop platforms.
To replicate the success in business KPIs achieved on native apps.

Over the years I’ve worked on multiple side projects. Building niche apps like Foyl.
I'm also running an online magazine where I teach indie hackers how to design websites that convert — Conversion Design.
